Responsibilities

• Deliver robotics instruction using agreed-upon learning objectives
• Lead hands-on build and programming activities
• Manage classroom flow during camp sessions
• Ensure a safe, engaging learning environment
• Contribute to content preparation, including:
• Suggesting activities or project ideas
• Customizing sessions based on student skill level

Qualifications

• Experience with robotics platforms or STEM programs
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or camp instruction experience
• Able to independently manage a classroom session
• Strong communication skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Contractor Status

• Contractor controls instructional methods and delivery style
• Paid per session or per program (not hourly employment)
• No employee benefits provided
