Robotaxi Fleet Support Specialist (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Robotaxi Fleet Team. As a Robotaxi Fleet Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all our vehicles are in excellent condition at all times, supporting smooth 24/7 vehicle operations. Success in this role requires an energetic and efficient approach to problem-solving, ownership of responsibilities, and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities

• Perform and document vehicle inspections, escalate identified issues to supervisors, technicians, and engineers
• Clean vehicles in compliance with set standards (car wash and minor detailing)
• Manage vehicles and inventory across multiple locations; safely move and charge vehicles
• Coordinate with both internal and third-party logistics providers
• Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional quality
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support business operations
• Perform vehicle inspection and minor maintenance (experience preferred)

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Strong work ethic with a proven record of reliability and commitment
• Proactive team player with the ability to foster collaborative relationships
• Highly observant and excellent attention to detail
• Vehicle inspection and minor maintenance experience is preferred

This is a safety-critical position which is subject to drug testing requirements per Tesla policy and in accordance with applicable law. Overtime is typical for this position but not guaranteed.
