About The Role

The Insurance Service Agent at Roamly plays a crucial role in the customer service and support of the RV and mobility community. This is an in-office role based out of our South Lamar office in Austin, TX.

Requirements

• Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
  • Handle customer calls and emails on billing, payments, renewals, and cancellations
  • Process incoming policy change requests
  • Review coverages and issue certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and binders
  • Retain customers by resolving cancellation objections with effective solutions
  • Upsell ancillary products (roadside assistance, tire & wheel protection, pet insurance)
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and route qualified leads to the sales team
• Experience & Licensing:
  • 1+ year of P&C insurance experience (broker, captive, or carrier) preferred
  • Active P&C license required
• Adaptable:
