The Roadway/Site Engineer position involves designing, inspecting, and maintaining roadways and public works projects. Key responsibilities include reviewing engineering plans, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing engineering plans and specifications for roadway and public works projects.
• Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
• Providing technical guidance and support to construction teams on site.
• Maintaining records and reports related to project progress and quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience.
• Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations governing public works projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering software.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Experience with project management tools such as Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of traffic engineering principles and practices.
