Roadway Project Manager

About the role

Lead the delivery of roadway engineering and transportation projects from planning through to completion. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with public agencies, municipalities, and key project stakeholders. Mentor, recruit, and grow a high-performing roadway engineering team, supporting career development and technical excellence. Provide technical guidance and oversee the preparation of design documents and engineering deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of roadway engineering and transportation projects from planning through to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 8+ years of related experience.
