Core Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, independent inspections of roadway construction activities to ensure full compliance with contract documents, project specifications, and quality standards
• Accurately measure, verify, and quantify contractor-performed work to support payment validation and project tracking
• Maintain detailed daily documentation of field activities, ensuring all project records are complete, accurate, and up to date
• Cookordination and assistance with project material testing to confirm compliance with applicable standards and specifications
• Inspect concrete and asphalt placement, as well as erosion control measures, to ensure adherence to project requirements and all applicable state and federal regulations
