Roadside Technician Commercial Tires (Training Provided) - Cranberry Township, PA
About the role
The role of the Roadside Technician position in our company can be broken down into one sentence: “An emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets.”
Responsibilities
- Respond to tire-related failures by repairing or changing tires at customer locations.
- Help mount orders, clean, and organize the shop during non-service call periods.
- Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
- Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
- Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements, including wearing proper PPE and following all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous commercial service tire experience is preferred but not required.
Skills
- Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
- Performing match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
- Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
- Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements.

Pay
$22 hourly.
Schedule
Shifts include mandatory on-call rotations with after-hours service calls paid at a 95% acceptance rate, including weekends and nights. Additional pay is provided for each call completed within 45 minutes.
