About the role

An emergency-response tire technician for semi-truck fleets. When a customer experiences a tire failure, you are dispatched to their location to repair or replace the tire, performing all work roadside. When no service calls are pending, you assist with mounting orders, shop cleaning, and general duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to after-hours service requests during mandatory on-call rotations (including evenings and weekends) with a high acceptance rate
• Perform roadside tire repairs or replacements on commercial vehicles
• Mount, dismount, and repair commercial tires
• Conduct match mounting, match mating of dual assemblies, and correct radial runout as required
• Inflate tires to prescribed PSI based on load requirements
• Follow OSHA safety regulations: wear proper PPE, use tire cages, and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Assist with shop maintenance and order fulfillment when not on service calls

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements
• At least 21 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous commercial service tire experience

Schedule

Mandatory on-call rotation with after-hours service calls compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.
