About the role
The role of the Roadside Technician position involves responding to tire-related failures for semi-truck fleets. When a customer experiences a tire issue, a Technician is dispatched to repair or replace the tire. Technicians also assist with mounting orders, cleaning, and organizing the shop during non-service call periods.
Responsibilities
- Respond to tire-related failures for semi-truck fleets
- Mount and repair tires as needed
- Perform match mounting and radial runout as necessary
- Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements
- Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Previous Commercial Service Tire experience is preferred
Skills
- Servicing Commercial Tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire
- Perform match mounting and match mating dual assemblies
- Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements
- Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements

Pay
$24 Hourly
Schedule
This position includes participation in a mandatory on-call rotation. During an assigned on-call period, Technicians are expected to respond to after-hours service requests—including evenings and weekends—with a high rate of acceptance. All after-hours service calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.
