Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose services through proficient use of electronic equipment
- Analyze equipment malfunctions and administer the proper corrective action
- Ensure repair orders are completed accurately including use of current parts and manufacturer updates and changes of vehicle/equipment requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
- Overtime (more than 40 hours per week) may be required at times as business needs dictates
Education & Specialized Knowledge
- A High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver's License and safe driving record required
- Current CDL license with air brake preferred but not required
- 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance required
Physical Requirements
- Must meet physical requirements for the job, including the ability to lift, carry and maneuver items up to 70 lbs, including bulky objects
- These positions require repeated reaching, standing, stooping, kneeling, bending and onto and under a variety of equipment
- Must be able to work outside in inclement weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, dampness and humidity
