About the role

TForce Freight is seeking a reliable and experienced LTL Road Driver to join our growing logistics team. The successful candidate will transport freight across regional and non-regional routes while ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle transporting goods to various locations safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly before departure.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and handling any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs for driving hours, routes traveled, and cargo conditions.
• Communicate with the dispatch management team regarding schedules, delays, and any issues that may arise during transportation.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) in resident state with Hazmat, tanker, and doubles endorsements.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Meet all DOT and Company requirements.
• Ability to safely perform essential job functions without obvious risk of injury to self or co-workers.
• Able to read, write, and speak the English language.
• U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Impeccable customer service and dedication.
• Complete 10-year employment history on the application in accordance with FMCSA regulations.

Pay

• Starting hourly rate: $30.56 – $34.65
• Mileage rate: $0.7071 – $0.8057 per mile
