Road Construction Inspector

Job Duties

Serves as manager of total operations of inmate program unit; coordinates and evaluates all phases of unit program providing inmate services.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 yrs. trg. or 3 yrs. exp. in adult rehabilitation & correction system
• 3 courses or 9 mos. exp. in behavioral or social sciences.
• -Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.

Major Worker Characteristics

• Knowledge of supervisory principles/techniques;
• adult rehabilitation & correction system;
• behavioral or social sciences.

Supplemental Information

• The final applicant selected for this position will be required to submit to urinalysis prior to an appointment to test for illegal drug use.
• The State will decline to extend a final offer of employment to any applicant with a verified positive test result.
• An applicant with a positive test result will not be considered for any position with the State of Ohio for a period of one year.
