Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision required.
- Able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) current upon hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)/ENPC must be obtained within six (6) months of hire.
- Newly graduated RNs must have current BLS upon hire, must obtain ACLS and PALS/ENPC within six months from hire.
- New hires will have ninety (90) days from date of hire to obtain American Heart Association certifications.
- Licenses: Current NM licensure or appropriate RN Compact licensure required.
