About the role

We are currently seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Provide restorative nursing services that will assist the resident in restoring, improving, or maintaining bodily functions to the highest degree practicable
• Work in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan
• Work under the direction of supervisors to ensure the best possible care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of certified Restorative Aide training course
• Complete and unencumbered Nursing Assistant certification in the state
• Thorough proficiency in the use of Adaptive Equipment (i.e., walkers, canes, slide boards, communication boards, adaptive eating utensils, use of trapeze, reachers, lift equipment, etc.)

Skills

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)

Pay

Salary Range: $21.42 per hour
