About the Role

Join our team as a day shift, full-time Registered Nurse (Weekends Only) at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. You may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• May be required to float to other units.
• May be required to participate in on-call status.
• Performs population-specific competencies.
• Manages and documents patient care, including:
  • Assessment and re-assessments
  • Development of the plan of care
  • Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
  • Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates licensed and non-licensed personnel in patient care.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
• Reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.
• Potential for additional or varied physical demands and/or respiratory fit test requirements.
• Potential exposure to infections, communicable diseases, blood, body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
