About the Role
A registered nurse at Baptist Health is accountable for utilizing the nursing process and the training provided to deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care. The nurse is expected to demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking, know and understand departmental policies and organizational requirements, and integrate them into a unified workflow with the healthcare team to create an exceptional patient experience and optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process.
- Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking in patient care.
- Understand and apply departmental policies and organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas.
- Healthcare CPR certification (required).
- ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS may be required for some areas (training provided).
- Specialty units require specific education (provided by the organization).
Schedule
- Shift: Weekend Option
- Working Hours: 18:30 – 07:00
- Hours: Authorized 48 hours bi-weekly
