About the role

BAYADA is hiring compassionate RNs to support clients in the home in Crown Point and nearby towns. You’ll enjoy flexible shifts, weekly pay, and the ability to bring comfort and stability to the people who need it most in your community.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Assess and document client needs and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Ensure client safety and comfort
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Experience in home health care is preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

$35–$38/hour in Indiana

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum four shifts/month)
• Daytime and Overnight Shifts
• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
• No weekend requirement

What You Need

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
