RN-Weekend - Urgent Care - Part Time

Part-time (24 hrs/wk), Weekend Days shift

About the role

Utilizes the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet all state board of nursing requirements
• Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Prolonged standing and walking each shift
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
• Other unit-specific certifications as required or acquisition within department timeframe

Pay

Base pay plus $20 weekend alternative differential plus shift differentials.
