RN Weekend Supervisor (Glenaire)

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff
• Assure regulatory compliance by encouraging appropriate record keeping and charting
• Quality Improvement measurements
• Provide leadership to clinical staff on specific areas of clinical accountability i.e. infection control, safety, wound management, falls, RAI process
• Care plan development and implementation process
• Conduct care plan meetings with residents and families
• Pharmacy system, med and treatment administration monitoring, MAR PREP
• Maintain a working relationship with physicians and other medical personnel for quality clinical care

Requirements

• Current North Carolina Registered Nurses License

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Long Term Care Federal and State rules and regulations including Medicare and Medicaid
