RN Weekend Supervisor Every Other Weekend
Bolivia Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a Long Term Care facility in Bolivia, NC, is seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to join our team for a weekend shift opportunity (Friday to Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
About the Role
As an RN Supervisor, you will lead the nursing units on weekends, working closely with our nursing management team to ensure quality care is provided to our residents within established policies and parameters. Your role will include medication administration, documentation, resident care oversight, and implementing schedules based on residents' needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the nursing units on weekends (Friday to Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Interact with supervisory staff to ensure quality care is provided
- Administer medications and document patient care
- Oversee resident care and implement schedules per residents' needs
- Collaborate with nursing management to maintain high-quality care standards
Requirements
- Current State RN License
- Nurse Supervisor experience
- Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
