RN - Weekend Pediatrics - Days and Overnights

About the role

Immediate need for Weekend Pediatric Trach and Vent Nurses at BAYADA Delaware Pediatric North Office. The position requires a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to pediatric patients with tracheostomies and ventilators.
• Work flexible weekend schedules to support clients' needs.
• Follow and document doctors' orders accurately.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Experience in pediatric care preferred but not required.
• Passionate about providing compassionate care to children and families.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$41-$43/hour based on client care and shift.
