Broad Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall functioning of nursing service on their respective unit.
- Work involves managing the care of residents of their respective unit from admission to discharge.
- To work in collaboration and coordination with the resident, family members, physicians, members of the interdisciplinary team, supervisors, and staff to determine and achieve desired outcomes.
- To use independent judgement, initiative and problem-solving to achieve clinical outcomes with and through the team members.

Monday-Friday, Day Shift. Hours may vary due to the needs of the facility. Every 5th weekend on.
