Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality, evidence-based direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, prioritizing patient wellness and safety, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Model proficiency through precepting new staff and contributing to a secure, innovative clinical environment. Adhere to standards from AWHONN and AACN, including certifications like RNC-OB, C-EFM, NRP, and CCRN.
Qualifications & Skills
Active Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges, at least 1 year of experience, and certifications in NRP and BLS. Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong clinical and communication skills.
Key Duties
- Provide direct patient care in specialized women's health units.
- Support evidence-based practices and safety protocols.
- Precept and mentor new healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to positive patient outcomes through collaborative efforts.
