About the role
Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Transfer Coordinator to join our Transfer Center in Temple, TX. This onsite nursing position is ideal for an experienced RN with a background in Critical Care, Emergency Department (ED), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), or Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) who is looking to apply their clinical knowledge in a centralized patient transfer and care coordination role. Facility: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Temple, TX. Location: Temple, Texas (Onsite Position). Department: Transfer Center. Job Type: Full Time. As a Transfer Coordinator RN, you will facilitate patient transfers throughout the Baylor Scott & White Health system by coordinating communication between referring physicians, nurses, hospitals, patients, and internal departments. You will use your clinical expertise, critical thinking, and communication skills to help coordinate appropriate placement and support efficient patient movement across the health system.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient transfers across the Baylor Scott & White Health system by collaborating with physicians, nurses, hospitals, and other healthcare departments.
