About the role
We are seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide exceptional, patient-centered care in a hospital setting. The nurse will apply specialized training to deliver high-quality health services, focusing on compassionate, whole-person care that fosters understanding and mutual respect.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for diverse patient populations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
- Utilize clinical skills to respond to patient needs and emergencies.
- Support hospital initiatives to improve patient experiences and health outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid Washington RN license upon hire.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- Preferred: Specialty certification relevant to practice area.
