Transform Healthcare
12 bed adult ICU specializes in the care of complex surgical patients, both planned and emergent. Nursing works closely with medical, surgical, and trauma intensivists to care for a varied patient population. The RN provides patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans while building clinical competency.

What We Require

• Education: Graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved program required.
• Experience: None required.
• Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia required with less than 1 year of experience. For Behavioral Health roles, de-escalation training must be completed within 1 year of hire and maintained.
• Life Support: AHA BLS-HCP required.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required based on assigned work area.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must attend required Nurse Residency Program sessions.
• Keyboarding skills and computer literacy required, including use of electronic medical records.

Career Advancement Program

RNs are eligible to participate in the Career Advancement Program (CAP) to attain various levels of advancement based on performance criteria.

Pay and Benefits

Compensation Range: $33.52 - $50.28
Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
