Position: Registered Nurse Location: Naperville Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care to ensure quality patient outcomes.Assess patient conditions, recognize deviations, and plan and evaluate care.Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.Delegate appropriate tasks to team members and collaborate to meet unit goals. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree in nursing or higher; BSN required within 5 years.Current Illinois RN license and CPR (BLS) certification.Critical thinking, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
