About the role
At St Joseph College Station Hospital, you will partner with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patient well-being and recovery. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessment: Conduct admission and ongoing assessments, providing care to meet physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
- Planning: Design, direct, evaluate, and document the plan of care, patient/family teaching, and transition of care plan.
- Implementation: Prepare patients for treatments, surgeries, and diagnostic studies, reporting significant changes to the team.
- Report Skills: Give and receive bedside shift reports, ensuring continuity of patient care.
- Environment & Patient Safety: Maintain a safe, clean environment, report hazards, and implement safety initiatives.
- Supplies: Accurately document charges and supplies used for patient care.
Requirements
To qualify, you must:
- Have an Associate of Nursing or at least one (1) year of RN experience.
- Be registered as a nurse in Texas.
- Hold a Basic Life Support - CPR certification.
Preferred
Additional qualifications that are preferred but not required include:
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree.

Pay
The posted compensation range for this position is $31.50 - $51.45 per hour, reflecting the lowest and highest pay CommonSpirit Health believes it might offer for this role, based on current circumstances. Actual pay may vary.
