About the role

Supervisory Visits to Client’s Home - Fulton County seeks a Registered Nurse to provide supervisory visits to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to home health aides and nursing assistants.
• Assess client needs and develop care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current RN license in Georgia.
• At least 2 years of experience in home health care or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
