About the role

To effectively and efficiently coordinate the daily operations and patient flow of all of the Urgent Care Centers (UCC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and coordinate staffing needs and maintain adequate levels of patient care supplies to support clinical, service, fiscal and employee excellence.
• Works collaboratively with all Urgent Care Supervisors in accomplishing each of the Urgent Care Center goals.
• Serves as administrative leadership for all UCC charge nurses and Plaza managers to resolve issues as they arise (i.e.: staffing support, trouble shooting employee, patient and physician issues).
• Communicates those issues and issue resolutions with UCC leadership in a timely manner.
• Works with other departments to ensure a safe, efficient, and functioning center (i.e.: security, cleaning staff, biomedical eng. and property management).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred (BSN).
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Registered Nurse license.

Pay

Estimated salary range for this position is $92,996.80 - $123,685.74 / year depending on experience.
