Responsibilities
- Lead nursing teams in delivering cancer education, prevention, and navigation services within the community.
- Coordinate community screenings, patient outreach, and oncology support programs.
- Ensure delivery of evidence-based, culturally competent care.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with physicians and community partners to optimize patient care and outreach efforts.
- Monitor and improve quality metrics related to oncology services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Experience in oncology, community health, or related fields preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple programs and manage staff effectively.
- Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care.
