RN Supervisor II, CEP Orthopedics
About the role
Responsible for managing and administering the patient/nursing services within the CEP/CIM clinics.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the CEP/CIM clinics
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Manage the budget and resources for the clinic
- Provide leadership and support to ensure a positive work environment
Requirements
- RN degree from an approved School of Nursing
- Minimum of five years professional nursing experience including two years supervisory level experience
- Maintain a valid RN license issued by the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Maintain current AHA BLS certification
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience with healthcare administration and management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
