RN Supervisor - Home Infusion

About the Role

Oversee daily infusion nursing operations, lead and mentor staff, ensure adherence to evidence-based clinical practices, manage staffing, and handle personnel actions such as hiring and disciplinary measures. Provide care coordination, develop training and orientation programs, and act as a resource for patients and caregivers to deliver high-quality, safe care. Foster a positive team culture and support continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hospital nursing experience, preferably in infusion or ICU settings
• BSN required; Master's degree preferred
• Active nursing licensure in Maryland or a compact state
• BLS CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Skills

• Knowledge of infusion therapies, vascular access, and medication management
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and clinical best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
