This position involves overseeing nursing practices and staff in a healthcare setting located in Astoria, NY. It requires full-time commitment, including weekdays and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Ability to provide physical and psychological support to patients.
• Proficient in developing and implementing nursing care plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using general office software.
• Available to be on call 7 days per week as needed.

Requirements

• BSN completion required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid NYS RN license.
• NPI Number.
• Medicaid/Medicare Number preferred.
• Experience in counseling and teaching preferred.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
