RN Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
- Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
- Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
- Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
- Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
Requirements
- Must have a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
- Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Minimum 4+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting
- Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

Pay
Range: $38.00–$60.00/hr. (by experience)
Schedule
Full-time, 11:00 pm–7:30 am, Monday–Friday
