About the role
We are seeking an RN Supervisor to join our team at 5 Star Nursing Facility. This position offers the opportunity to become a Manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility with excellent training provided.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the facility’s operations and management
- Providing optimal care to residents
- Communicating the facility’s policies
- Maintaining the general order, safety and cleanliness of the facility
- Following all health sanitary and infection control policies
- Maintaining established standards of practice set forth by the facility’s administration and Nursing policies and procedures
Requirements
Must be a registered nurse with a current license in good standing.
Qualifications
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Skills
Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
