About the role
This position serves as a Nursing Supervisor RN 3-11pm at RegalCare in Worcester, MA. The role involves supervising nursing staff in a short and long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff in providing quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs
- Oversee medication administration and treatment plans
- Assess and document patient progress and needs
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements
- Valid MA RN/LPN license in good standing
- Previous supervisory experience in a SNF setting preferred
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Skills
