What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Ensure high-quality patient care
- Assign staff and manage workflow
- Communicate with patients, families, and providers
- Maintain compliance, safety, and documentation
- Active NYS RN License
- 2+ years nursing experience (long-term care or med/surg)
- Supervisory experience preferred
- $50–$55/hour plus bonus opportunities
- Cheap consistent 4-day schedule
