About the role

At Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center, a warm and welcoming skilled nursing facility nestled in a serene setting, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including staff performance evaluations, incident reports, and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure excellent customer service
