RN - Stress Lab

Role: Coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle, addressing operational issues during shifts. Provides clinical care as needed based on patient census and communicates care, departmental, and staff concerns to leadership. Serves as a resource for staff guidance and support. Responsibilities: Utilizes nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Ensures adherence to organizational policies and maintains professional growth and accountability. Responsible for maintaining practice standards and coordinating patient care activities of assigned staff to ensure high-quality nursing services. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred)Active, unencumbered Georgia RN license or multistate licenseCertifications: BLS and ACLSExperience: 1-2 years in Cardiology, Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Emergency Department Skills: Expert knowledge of cardiac rhythms, cardiovascular pharmacology, and proficiency in difficult IV placements.
