RN Staff - Pediatric ER - FT - 3rd Shift
About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) assesses patient needs and priorities for care through systematic evaluation. The RN develops and implements a plan of care based on identified patient needs. The RN monitors patient responses to care and adjusts the plan as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure
- Experience preferred; new graduates accepted
- BLS certification required before the end of the orientation period
- ACLS certification within one year of hire
