RN-STAFF/CLIN NURSE- 3A-Medical Surgical- 36HR Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician.
• Apply nursing principles, theories, current methods, and techniques of practice.
• Use the nursing process to collaborate with patients, families, professional peers, and the health‑care team to individualize care.
• Direct nursing support staff in delivering patient care in accordance with nursing standards, administrative and departmental policies, and procedures.
• Maintain professional education, training, or additional certifications as required by the specialty area.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required).

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the clinical specialty area.

Licenses & Certifications

• Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
• Multi‑State Compact RN license (required).
