About the role

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) provides high-quality care to patients in a 21-bed Emergency Room. Key responsibilities include patient assessment, triage, treatment, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments and triage
• Treats a wide range of medical emergencies and trauma cases
• Documents patient care in an electronic health record system
• Makes rapid decisions based on clinical judgment
• Works in a high-stress, fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Licensure/Certification: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, and PALS certification required. TNCC certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an emergency room setting preferred.
