RN- Skilled Nursing (FT Days)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and support the care team in our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric care and a proven track record of providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the care of residents by Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants
• Communicate regularly with the interdisciplinary care team regarding resident care and treatment
• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies

Requirements

• Current Louisiana RN licensure
• BLS certification
• One year of nursing experience preferred
