About the role
This position is eligible for a $2,000 hiring bonus.
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing clinical care plans to ensure every resident receives appropriate medical treatment.
- Leading staff orientations and training sessions to keep the team current on nursing skills and facility protocols.
- Collaborating with doctors, families, and specialists to resolve complex clinical issues and advocate for resident goals.
- Performing advanced nursing assessments, treatments, and evaluations for residents.
- Managing special projects, including the development of new facility policies and care programs.
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure nursing coverage and support.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (typically in Nursing)
- Experience: 1-2 years of progressive work experience (typically in Nursing) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Nurse Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wyoming
Qualifications
- Education & Experience Substitution: 4-6 years of progressive work experience (typically in Nursing) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Nurse Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wyoming
Skills
