About the role
Seeking a flexible Registered Nurse to join the Resource Team, providing patient care across multiple sites within the healthcare system.
Responsibilities
- Float to various locations and deliver high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members under the guidance of a clinical manager, following established standards and scope of practice.
- Assess, analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, including assessments and transfers.
- Work flexibly at a flat rate plus applicable differentials.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Oregon and Washington.
- BLS required.
- PALS required.
- NRP within 6 months of hire.
- Minimum of three years' nursing experience in relevant specialty.
- Pediatric experience and certifications like PALS and NRP preferred for pediatric roles.
- BSN or degree in progress preferred; clinical experience may suffice without a BSN with approval.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, patients, families, and physicians.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and keyboard skills.
