All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, diversity statements, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions (visit website, social media). Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. We need to preserve substantive info: Employment type, shift, description/general summary, responsibilities (the list of duties), skills/knowledge/education/experience (requirements), essential functions (more duties), maybe benefits (mention competitive compensation with full benefits package). Pay? Not specific. Schedule? Night shift given. So we can include Schedule section with Night Shift. Benefits: mention competitive compensation with full benefits package. Pay: not specific; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "competitive compensation" but not specific numbers; that's vague. According to rules: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "competitive compensation" is vague but still states compensation exists; but it's not a specific number. Might be considered filler? The rule says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". "competitive compensation" is similar vague. Safer to not create Pay section. Benefits: "full benefits package" is specific enough? It states they have a full benefits package. That's substantive. So we can include Benefits section with that statement. Schedule: Night Shift is given explicitly. So we can include Schedule section. Employment Type: Full time - could be included maybe in a short paragraph under About the role? Or we could include Employment Type as part of description? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Employment type is minor metadata; we could include in a short

under About the role or at top. Probably better to include a short paragraph after description: "Employment Type: Full time; Shift: Night Shift." But we already have Schedule section for Night Shift; we could put Employment Type in a paragraph. We need sections: About the role (maybe using the initial description paragraph). Responsibilities (list of duties from GENERAL SUMMARY AND PURPOSE and the additional capacities). Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: we have SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE and also ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (which is more duties). Could combine responsibilities and essential functions into Responsibilities. Requirements: license, BSN preferred, BLS required, ACLS/PALS within 6 months. We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract. Description paragraph: "At Saint Alphonsus Health System, we are looking for people who are living out their calling. We want you to be passionate about coming to work, and challenged to achieve your potential. Living by these virtues, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and the highest quality of care." That's About the role. GENERAL SUMMARY AND PURPOSE: Provide professional nursing care in collaboration with members of the health care team in the ongoing assessment, planning and treatment of patients and families. Utilize resources wisely while promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of nursing services. Serve as a patient advocate. The RN is expected to exercise competency in judgment, decision making, implementation of nursing intervention, delegation of function or responsibility, and administration of medications and treatments prescribed by legally authorized persons. That's responsibilities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: a long list of statements. Those are also responsibilities/duties. We could merge them into Responsibilities as bullet list. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Licensed in the State of Oregon as a Registered Nurse as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing is required. Bachelors in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred. Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire in all units, unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS. ACLS/PALS within 6 months. That's requirements/qualifications. Benefits: "Colleagues of Saint Alphonsus Health System enjoy competitive compensation with a full benefits package and opportunity for growth throughout SAHS and Trinity Health!" So we can extract "full benefits package" and "opportunity for growth". We'll put Benefits section with those points. Schedule: Night Shift. Employment Type: Full time. We'll not include Pay section. We'll not include duplicated lines. We'll output HTML fragment with sections as needed. Structure:

Employment Type: Full time.
