RN Resident - Rotational Nursing Program

Position: Registered Nurse Resident Location: LOH Main- Naperville Type: Full Time Hours: Days/PM’s Role Overview: Under supervision of a nurse preceptor, provides nursing care to assigned patients following professional standards and treatment plans to ensure quality care. Qualifications Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing; consideration for candidates with an Associate’s Degree who commit to obtaining a Baccalaureate Degree within five years.Strong recommendations and references; approval from clinical leadership required for exceptions. Licensing & Certification Proof of passing NCLEX and Illinois RN license application at start; Illinois RN license must be obtained within 90 days.Current CPR issued by the American Heart Association.CPR certification within 90 days of hire; practice may be under supervision until licensure is finalized. Key Skills: Nursing assessment and care, adherence to licensing requirements, teamwork, and professionalism. Ability to enroll in ongoing nursing education is expected.
