RN Resident - Holy Family

This RN Residency Program at Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA begins February 22, 2027. It is a full‑time, night‑shift opportunity designed for new graduate RNs with 12 months of experience or less. The program combines structured curriculum, simulation, and hands‑on patient care guided by experienced preceptors.

Units

• Surgical/Orthopedics – Cares for patients recovering from orthopedic and surgical procedures, including joint replacements, fracture care, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Offers experience in surgical recovery, orthopedic nursing, pain management, mobility restoration, and patient education.
• Medical Oncology – Cares for patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including respiratory illness, sepsis, DKA, wounds, behavioral health concerns, and oncology diagnoses requiring chemotherapy and supportive care. Offers experience in both medical and oncology nursing for a diverse patient population.
• Progressive Care Unit – Cares for patients requiring telemetry monitoring, including those with heart failure, cardiac arrhythmias, stroke, sepsis, respiratory failure, and DKA. Offers experience caring for patients with complex medical conditions while building strong telemetry and progressive care nursing skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) upon hire
• Newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less

Pay

Base pay range: $42.72 – $79.03 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Placement within the range is determined by relevant job experience and other applicable factors.

Schedule

Full‑time, night shifts; multiple shifts available.
