RN Resident - Full Time, Night Shift

Role Overview: Provides coordinated nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to established standards and the nursing process. Supervises and directs nursing staff at various levels, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and utilizes critical thinking, professional judgment, and discretion to deliver safe and effective care. Key Responsibilities Assess patient health data, analyze information, and develop care plans aimed at achieving desired outcomes.Implement and coordinate care, promote health, and ensure a safe environment.Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide compassionate, holistic care.Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.Delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate duties within the healthcare team.Perform additional job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications And Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the practice state.Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS from approved vendors.Preferred education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). Essential Functions: Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, evaluate progress, and educate patients and families. Maintain a safe, humane, and caring environment while collaborating with the healthcare team and participating in discharge planning.
